Job Description:
- Record telephone messages, screen calls as directed, ask questions to determine concerned needs, and direct visitors to appropriate employee/department.
- Provide assistance; coordinate with concerned authority in smooth functioning of various activities conducted by the organization.
- Provide assistance in communicating with clients and support in deliverance of good customer service.
- Handle document management, assist in various activities including client coordination, customer service, appointments, invoicing, and payment collection.
- Maintain a high level of standard in customer services and ensure all queries/services of clients are handled efficiently.
- Prepare job details as per the requirement of Client and post the vacancies accordingly.
- Perform all the tasks assign by the concern aurthority.
