Job Description:

  • Record telephone messages, screen calls as directed, ask questions to determine concerned needs, and direct visitors to appropriate employee/department.
  • Provide assistance; coordinate with concerned authority in smooth functioning of various activities conducted by the organization.
  • Provide assistance in communicating with clients and support in deliverance of good customer service.
  • Handle document management, assist in various activities including client coordination, customer service, appointments, invoicing, and payment collection.
  • Maintain a high level of standard in customer services and ensure all queries/services of clients are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare job details as per the requirement of Client and post the vacancies accordingly.
  • Perform all the tasks assign by the concern aurthority.
