• Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with corporate clients and coworkers

• Achieve established sales goals as set by the Company
• Create an annual Ticket Sales Plan and provide weekly updates on progress against the plan
• Develop and implement plans to promote and increase ticket sales for all events
• Coordinate with a team including promotions, marketing, and digital marketing to expand attendance at all events
• Research, prospect and establish leads for group sales relationships through industry networking, use of third-party lead services, and trade publications.
• Serve as the primary source of group sales activity for the facility; coordinate and support other sales associates in sourcing group sales activities.
• Ensure all ticket sales agents understand daily goals and are coached to proficiency
• Generate leads and maintain good relations with Hotels, Banks, education, and other sectors.
• Maintain Good relations with Airlines
• Lead Travel Team, effectively
• Others responsivity required by the management.

Job Requirements

• Strong leadership, and management skills.in IATA
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Must have more than 4 years of experience in the Ticketing department or related field
• Proficient in Amadeus, Galileo, Abacus or Sabre
• Good Networking
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office.
