What will you do?

Working with Skills Academy as a The e-Commerce Data Entry & Customer Service Representative, you will be our company's first point of contact. You will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. You will also need prior experience with eBay, Amazon, Woocommerce and Ecwid data entries.

 

An overview of the role:

  • This role is New Plaza, Putalisadak, Kathmandu office-based, with 48 hours weeks over six days a week. 
  • This permanent full-time role is available starting immediately.
  • This role is related to the tech-product industry.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and various online enquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and admin work quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Gathering, collating, and preparing documents, materials, and information for data entry.
  • Conducting research to obtain information for incomplete documents and materials.
  • Creating digital documents from paper or dictation.
  • Reviewing all documents and information for accuracy and informing the supervisor of any errors or inconsistencies.
  • Capturing data into digital databases and performing regular backups.
  • Updating and maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems.
  • Monitoring and reviewing databases and correcting errors or inconsistencies.
  • Generating and exporting data reports, spreadsheets, and documents as needed.

 

Job Specification:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid English and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Confident in taking ownership of calls to problem solve and come up with solutions.
  • A high degree of attention to detail.
  • Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations.
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID 19
