Other Specification:

  • Education: Minimum Intermediate/plus two or Bachelor’s in electrics, electronics, mechanical or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years’ experience for intermediate/plus two. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali. 
  • Computer skills in software program & MS Office
  • Valid two wheeler driving license and own Motorbike/Scooter would be advantage.

 

Experience in technical field related to servicing of dental equipment's.

 

Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and energetic person to greet consumers, answer and queries with complete focus to maximize consumer satisfaction and encourage commitment and personal learning of workforce. Main responsibility as a Service Executive will be to bridge the gap between the business needs of the consumer as mentioned below include:

 

  • Provide efficient and effective service to consumers/inmates.
  • Checking status of sold equipment and provide the efficient software and updates.
  • Handling consumers complain.
  • Updating the user and consumers on the latest software.
  • Assisting service head to handle day to day service related task.
  • Building good relation with consumers.
  • Perform installation, maintenance, calibration, and repairs on a wide range of biomedical equipment including imaging systems, patient monitors, infusion pumps, and other medical devices.
  • Reporting day to day activity to service head.
  • Oversee consumer complain, equipment status, software inability, equipment dispatch.
  • Ensuring the safety of the equipment and provide technical assistance.
  • Assisting service head to ensure the safety in handling of the equipment are in order.
  • Providing training to clients.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
  • Answering client queries about technical product specifications and uses, maintaining client relations. Schedules appointments and meetings as when necessary.
  • Set the precedent for excellence through leading by example.
  • Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
