 Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Familiarity with HR software systems, such attendance, leave and payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
  • Team builder & self-motivated 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Management with specialization in Marketing/Sales or equivalent. 
  • At least 2+ years of experience in Support/Marketing.

 

Job Description:

  • Provide technical as well as operational support and assistance to the clients through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, including identifying root causes and implementing solutions.
  • Train end-users on how to effectively use HR software applications, including conducting one-on-one or group training sessions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially between technical and administration, to address and resolve software-related problems or implement system enhancements.
  • Monitor and analyze HR software system performance, identify potential areas of improvement, and recommend solutions to optimize system usage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely resolution of technical issues to meet or exceed service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization
  • An understanding of the commercial landscape and all the protocols and requirements needed to be an effective sales leader
  • Experience prospecting through phone driven initiatives, demoing through web applications, and closing deals through in-person presentations or meetings at the enterprise level
  • Hands-on experience using sales enablement tools like Skype, Whatsapp and Zoom
  • Ability to manage both short and long sales cycles
  • A consultative sales approach focused on creating value and trust.
