Job Description

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders or invoices.
• Unload and properly store incoming shipments in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or computerized systems.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Prepare and issue purchase requisitions or purchase orders for stock replenishment.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Ensure that all items are properly labeled, stored, and organized to facilitate easy retrieval.
• Handle and store hazardous materials according to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assist with the packaging and shipping of outgoing orders as needed.

Job Requirements

• Intermediate completed can apply.
• Proven 1-2 years of experience working as a Storekeeper.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping and inventory management.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems (e.g., ERP systems).
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
