Job Description
- Satisfying the customers and Sellers at the Stations by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs Manage the daily operations of the hub
- Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required Handling tough customers and sellers with using soft skills
- Addresses the after sales flow for walk in customers
- Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided
- Educate the customer on Daraz and all marketing related material.
Requirements
- Intermediate with 2-year of experience in relevant field
- Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
- Strong Communications skills with best customer and seller handling capability.
