Job Description

  • Satisfying the customers and Sellers at the Stations by answering their queries and complaints as per Daraz SOPs Manage the daily operations of the hub
  • Writing emails, generating complaints as and when required Handling tough customers and sellers with using soft skills
  • Addresses the after sales flow for walk in customers
  • Learning all the Systems and Processes as and when guided
  • Educate the customer on Daraz and all marketing related material.

 

Requirements

  • Intermediate with 2-year of experience in relevant field
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities
  • Strong Communications skills with best customer and seller handling capability.
