Requirements:

Job Description:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities effectively.

  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • IT Knowledge: Leverage your strong IT knowledge to understand and effectively communicate the technical aspects of our software services to potential clients.
  • Sales Collateral: Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and sales collateral that effectively convey the benefits of our services.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, track leads, and follow up promptly to ensure timely conversions.
  • Feedback: Gather client feedback and market insights to provide valuable input for product/service improvement.
  • Documentation: Prepare accurate sales reports, proposals, and contracts as required.
