Job Description

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage job postings, interviews, and hiring processes.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, conflicts, and grievances; promote a positive work environment.
  • Performance Management: Oversee performance reviews and provide guidance on performance improvement plans.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Administer programs and ensure fairness and competitiveness.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • HR Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • HR Reporting: Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adaptability to handle changing priorities.
