Job Description
- Lead the HR function for a specific business unit.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior management.

Job Requirements
- Must have 3-4 years in HR industry.
- Bachelor's Degree Graduates preferred.
- Experience in Recruitment and Selection process.
- Should have knowledge of Payroll and taxes, SSF.
- Experince in Corporate/Group Organization (no experience of Media/ branch unit)
- Strong in Leadership and command aspect.
- Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
