Qualifications / Skills

• Required Educational Qualification : MBA/MBS (Specialization in Finance or Accounts)
• Min Years of Experience Required : Min. 3 to 4 Years in Accounting
• Good analytical & problem solving skills, Proven oral and written communication skills, Good attention to details.
  (Knowledge of SAP will be an additional advantage).

Responsibilities

• Book Keeping, Accounting Entries-Cash & Bank Receipt Payment, Journal Voucher, GR / MIRO Invoicing Entry
• Generation and Preparation of salary sheets and payment schedule of all the employees
• Preparation of manpower cost and factory cost on monthly basis
• Preparation of reconciliation of inventories on monthly basis
• Preparation of cash flow, accounts receivable & accounts payable on monthly basis
• Preparation of budget v/s actual report
• Reconciliation of store and spare and civil items with inventory.
