Job Description
- Assess and investigate insurance claims, determining coverage and liability.
- Analyze policy terms and conditions to determine claim validity.
- Communicate with claimants, policyholders, and other involved parties.
- Gather and review documentation, including medical records and accident reports.
- Evaluate damages and losses to determine appropriate compensation.
- Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Provide support and guidance to junior claims staff.
- Collaborate with legal and other departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims activities.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years in Claim department or MIS
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Sales, TDS and VAT
- Verification and processing of Distributors monthly Trade Scheme Expenses
- Knowledge of Debit and Credit notes
- Knowledge of Excel is a must.
