Qualifications / Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, information technology, or a related field with understanding of software development and methodologies Familiarity with quality assurance and testing processes, Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project managers and software development teams to ensure timely delivery of software releases.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure software meets user requirements and expectations.
• Identify and address any issues or bugs discovered during the testing phase.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the necessary infrastructure and hardware are in place for software deployment.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of the software.
