Competencies and qualifications required

• Experience working with local stakeholders, ward and community especially with girls and women from urban poor communities.
• Familiar with protection issues of girls and women in Nepal.
• Awareness raising and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Nepali language.
• Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours.
• Good relationship with the networks, groups and alliance involved in protection issues.
• At least +2 (intermediate) pass or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the related field
• Knowledge of health issues in urban poor communities.

Salary for all the positions will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification.
