Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist at Sterling Wells Nepal, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our digital channels, and engage with our target audience. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of social media trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms, recommending and implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in strategic social media content planning
  • Ensure the content to be unique and original.
  • Must be able to meet the deadlines

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of one year of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing effective social media strategies.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for visual content.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Both English & Nepali)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
