Education and Training:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in social science or development-related fields, with a good understanding of MEAL systems.

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum of three years of experience working in developing and supporting monitoring and evaluation, research, and complaint response mechanisms, preferably with large development projects in I/NGO settings and/or Government. Previous working experience with disadvantaged and vulnerable groups in GBV prevention, gender programming, and inclusive education is a plus.
• Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, KOBO, SPSS, etc.) and advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling web-based management systems.
• Proven ability to produce analytical reports with quantitative data analysis.
