Job Description

This a site-based job with the following job descriptions:

• Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and  receivable.
• Managing attendance of assigned sites. 
• Maintaining financial transactions in accounting software. 
• Recording Site office expenditures and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget. 
• Reviewing  payment vouchers and journal entries.
• Monitoring project  expenditures. 
• Verifying site vehicles log-sheets, repair and maintenance expenses, fuel consumption expenses. 
• Performing any other duties assigned by management.
