Skills and Experience:

• Min. BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Application Development.
• Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.
• Should have hands-on experience in Rest API, Micro Services, Web Services like Spring, Hibernate.
• Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL etc
• Experience in the Spring Framework
• Should have worked on different application servers like JBOSS, Weblogic, Websphere, Apache TomCat, etc.
• Should have hands on experience in JSON,XML,Restful API,CSS, HTML and JAVA Script.
• Knowledge of Apache Camel & Data Streaming platforms will be an added advantage.
• Good to have cloud development and deployment experience.
• Ability to undertake design activities.
• Contribute to the maintenance/reusability of the Product in line with project assignments, if any.
• Perform such other duties, functions, and services, consistent with status or vocational ability, as may from time to time be required.
• Providing guidance and support to the team.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken English/Documentation).
• Good team player and able to manage team of developers.
• Need to adhere to standard development practice/procedure (Agile) and coding standards during the development phase, as per the deployed team and as applicable.
• Participate in Technical analysis in collaboration with other Teams/Consultants/Architects and Analysts be it in-house/External and On/Off Shore
• Should be able to create high-quality supporting documents like Solution Document, User/Installation Guide, etc.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for quality, clarity, efficiency, and adherence to market standards, if any.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Note:

• Preference shall be given for prior experience in Banking Application and/or large scale application.
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply for Trainees position.
