Job Description:
The Duties and Responsibilities of Senior HR Officer include the following:
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and systems regarding HR processes;
- Assist in preparation and updation of SOPs, Policies, Bylaws, JD (Job Description), Employee Manual, Company Manual etc.
- Assist in developing best HR policies and procedures.
- Actively involve in recruitment process by preparing Job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
- Assist effectively in Employee onboarding process.
- Support in conducting Training Programs for employees.
- Assist in Performance Evaluation processes.
- Support the management in resolving disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Update and review the records in HR software regarding Attendance, Leave, Payroll, Provident Fund, CIT, TDS etc..
- Assist in payroll processing and payroll disbursement.
- Actively involve in Full & Final Settlement Process and preparation of Full & Final computation, Experience letter, clearance letter etc.
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of all documents related to employee in digital format and physically.
- Ensure meticulous implementation of policies regarding variable pay and other benefits to employees.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to employment and Human Resource applicable to the organization.
- Communicate with the team members about the issues/activities impacting their performance.
- Ensure that all team members are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Any other work assigned by senior officials.
Job Specification:
Education and Experiences
- MBA or equivalent.
- Fresher or with relevant work experience
- Age not exceeding 28 years.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
