Job Description

• Consolidate financial activities across various business units within Trade Tower Group, including rental and hotel divisions.
• Prepare and manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle VAT and tax matters, including filing returns and liaising with tax authorities tax.
• Manage bank accounts for different business units, overseeing transactions and reconciliations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to business unit accountants, ensuring adherence to accounting policies and procedures.

Job Specification

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field/ Masters preferable.
• Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Strong knowledge of VAT and tax regulations, with experience in compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency in bank account management and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively oversee and support team members.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
