Job Description

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and various financial reports for management.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company procedures, as well as local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, such as project management and procurement, to ensure accurate financial recording related to construction projects.
• Ensure the accounts payable and receivable of different projects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.
• Proven experience in managing accounting functions in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation in Nepal.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various vendors.
