What we are looking in Senior Account Manager:

  • Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project data analytics
  • Experience in client relationship management
  • Related work experience in the software development industry is preferred.

 

As an Senior Account Manager you will:

  • Supervise IT Account Managers for project compliance audit and project data audit.
  • Update project compliance audit framework and project data audit framework whenever there are changes in project process, tools, and organizational structure.
  • Analyze project compliance audit report and project data audit report, and identify potential risks.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client satisfaction strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and goals.
  • Supervise IT Account Managers for effective and efficient client servicing.
  • Periodically review and update client satisfaction framework.
  • Regularly monitor client servicing and client engagement activities conducted by IT Account Managers, and support them where needed.
  • Provide outstanding client servicing during conflict.
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction.
  • Review client servicing reports, and take necessary action to support IT Account Managers.
  • Coach Engineering Managers and Project Managers on client communication and servicing.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers for efficient project audit, excellent client satisfaction, and outstanding business data analysis.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineering Managers for effective project delivery.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Management team to set and achieve the company's quarterly goals aligned with the company's key priorities.
