Job Description

• Work with the lead teacher to monitor the class schedule
• Prepare lesson plans by getting materials ready and setting up equipment
• Revise lesson material with students individually
• Ensure the classroom environment is safe and clean
• Oversee students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on field excursions
• Document student progress and communicate with parents to keep them informed
• Deliver high-quality, engaging instruction in the form of discussion, direct teaching, demonstrations, and independent practice using a variety of proven methods
• Promotes understanding and communication in a diverse learning and cultural environment.
