• Collaborate with the Principal to develop and implement the school's vision and strategic goals.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the school and assist in maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Provide instructional leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for faculty.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and student-centered learning.
• Engage with parents, guardians, and the community to ensure a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in a progressive educational setting.
• Experience in an IB (International Baccalaureate) school will be an advantage.
• Master's degree in Education/Administration (or equivalent).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse learning community.
