- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and value proposition presenting and demonstrating products to clients, highlighting features and benefits that address their needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure and account management.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
- Engage in negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients ensuring smooth contract and agreement finalization, adhering to company policies and terms.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and customer preferences providing feedback to the Sales Manager on market dynamics and potential areas for improvement.
