Job Description
- Acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional projects by developing relationships with architecture, contractors, builders, owners, facility manager and management companies.
- Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers in the assigned territory.
- Monitoring and preparation of the competitor’s activities and trade schemes report in the market.
- Perform site surveys with technicians, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
- Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data to provide to customers.
- Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins and handover to project operation team.
- Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule.
- Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.
Job Specification
- At least 2 years of experience in Air Conditioner/VRV/VRF sales.
- Applicants with driving license and own vehicle (two wheeler) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management preferred, Bachelors in engineering with sales experience can also apply.
- Prior experience must be weather in B2B sales or in Dealer sales of AC.
- Strong salesmanship, customer oriented and results-focused.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must.
