Job Description

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements, offering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Negotiate terms of sales agreements, including pricing, discounts, and payment terms, to close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, leads, and opportunities, using CRM software.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to support sales efforts and resolve issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently striving for excellence.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the customer base.

 

Job Requirements

  • 2 years of sales experience in lube, auto parts, automobile or relevant products
  • Bachelor Graduates can apply.
  • Must have bike and valid license
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Build strong relationships.
