Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives
- Lead and manage sales and marketing teams, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluation
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand competitor landscape, and track industry trends
- Develop sales plans, forecasts, and pricing strategies to maximize revenue generation

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
