Job Description:

 

      Sales Generation:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Identify potential customers and create a pipeline of leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products or services to effectively pitch and sell them to clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

    Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential target markets.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the management team on customer preferences, market demands, and product improvements.

    Targets and Reporting:
     
  • Set sales targets and work towards achieving them.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to track performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

 

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a trading company or related industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
