- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles.
- Minimum 6 years in Sales Management, preferably within Generator Industry
- Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve success.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
- Knowledge of generator technology and applications
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales strategies.
