Job Description

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and market penetration targets.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, guidance, and support to ensure team members meet their targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitive activities, and industry changes. Adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Forecasting: Create accurate sales forecasts, monitor sales metrics, and prepare regular reports to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our pellet feed products and their applications, enabling you to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
  • Negotiation: Lead negotiation efforts for major contracts and partnerships. Ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management, including sales performance, market insights, and sales team progress.

 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent idea on business planning and execution
  • Wonderful team player with the flexibility to travel extensively
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates preferred
  • Must have 10 years of relevant experience in pellet feed business.
