Job Description

  • Lead overall sales operation of ISP and Telecom business.
  • Lead team for day-to-day activities and ensured smooth sales operation.
  • Closely work with the immediate head in terms of operation, planning, and execution.
  • Develop and Implement sales plan and meet monthly ISP & Telecom sales targets.
  • Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
  • Ensure timely response to new service installations and troubleshooting requests.
  • Manage and retain relationships with existing clients and business partners.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues promptly. 
  • Analyzing competitors & products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.

 

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 4 years’ experience in a Supervisory position.
  • A Master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work outside the valley as per requirement.
  • Proven Record of leading and coaching a team to achieve targets.
  • Working Knowledge of sales, admin, and finance in an ISP and telecom service will be an added advantage.
  • Mature, self-motivated, and result-driven attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication. Strong Customer Service Skills.
  • Should be able to work under pressure and during odd hours.
  • Own vehicle and driving license.
