Job Description

  • Responsible for securing new customers, maintaining and developing existing client accounts
  • Achieve the set revenue targets through existing as well as new customers
  • Research & create database of potential clients / markets through cold calls and market scout
  • Identify, meet and develop relations with clients to promote freight services
  • Execute market coverage / penetration strategies
  • Bring market information of customer developments, market intelligence on shipping & freight related updates
  • Represent GSA and ensure its image and credibility is maintained at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
