Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the hospitality sector, with a minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including knowledge of market trends, guest preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
