• Prepare job details as per the requirement of the client. Perform job posting related to vacancy announcement following the standard format.
• Communicate and coordinate with the concerned authority with information regarding the exact requirement of employees, their job descriptions, job specification, job location etc. to initiate the publishing process.
• Send the draft of a customized page in order to make modifications on design, contents and confirmation of publishing the page. 
• Frequent visits to the clients for professionally representing the company and communicating regarding the services provided by the company.
• Regular follow up and communication with clients to maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain a high level of standard in customer services and ensure all queries/services of clients are handled efficiently.
• Build successful relationships with clients and ensure the deliverance of good customer services regarding the services.
• Perform work as assigned by the supervisor/HOD timely and effectively.
