Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new customers and establish relationships to drive sales growth.
  • Promote and sell a diverse range of products, including perfumes, cosmetics, and building materials.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay informed about the features and benefits of the products in the assigned categories.
  • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, marketing, and other departments to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing activities, achievements, and challenges.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Knowledge of the perfumes, cosmetics, or building materials market is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
