Responsibilities
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
- Setup meeting with potential clients and listen to their concerns.
- Setting sales goals and develop sales strategies.
- Contacting potential and existing customers by cold calling and emails.
- Research prospects and generate leads.
- Learn details about our products and services
- Investigate leads and find out about the customer as much as possible before contacting.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints and objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Fast learner and passionate for sales.
- Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.
- Critical thinker and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Self motivated with a result driven approach.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection well.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in BPO industry.
Working time: 6AM - 2PM (Saturday and Sunday off)
Office Location: Ganesh Chowk, Budhanilkantha-02, Kathmandu
