Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to contribute to our company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting and identifying potential sales opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics to secure new clients.

 

 Responsibilities:

  •  Prospect and identify potential sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics for individual sales opportunities to maximize success.
  •  Prepare and present sales quotations and proposals to potential clients.
  •  Participate in yearly sales planning to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Generate and deliver sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
  •  Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, respond to inquiries promptly, and achieve performance goals.
  • Collaborate with design institutes, general contractors, and other partners to promote the sales of target projects.
  •  Stay updated on product technology, market trends, and business intelligence to provide valuable insights.
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans for key customers in the End User segment, focusing on Schneider Inc LV Switchgear and Final Distribution products.
  •  Engage with Electrical Consultants, End Users, and entities in various building projects, including hotels, malls, hospitals, and government projects.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and qualify prospects to achieve sales goals.
  •  Demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills while working collaboratively with various stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Proven market insight, business analysis ability, and strong business promotion skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in inside sales or a similar role.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  •  Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to build sustainable and reliable customer relationships, focusing on Customer Intimacy.
  •  Outstanding verbal skills.
