Job Description

• Research, visit and acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional clients for the sales enhancement.
• Monitor market developments and trends, competitive activities / pricing, in order to feed the company with up-to-date knowledge about existing and potential customers.
• Identify new market opportunities for expansion.
• Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers or accounts in the assigned territory.
• Establish and maintain strong rapport with dealers, clients, contractors, and builders to promote sales of Generator or Air Conditioner.
• Perform site visit, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs. 
• Performing technical calculations to determine system requirements.
• Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data and provide to customers.
• Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
• Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule.

Job Specification

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Must be experienced in Generator Sales or Air Conditioner Sales.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• High self-drive and strives for high performance.
• Able to work independently as well as a team player.
• Customer focused, committed and resourceful.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
