Job Description
- Research, visit and acquire new commercial, industrial and institutional clients for the sales enhancement.
- Monitor market developments and trends, competitive activities / pricing, in order to feed the company with up-to-date knowledge about existing and potential customers.
- Identify new market opportunities for expansion.
- Acquires, maintains, and develops sufficient qualified dealers or accounts in the assigned territory.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with dealers, clients, contractors, and builders to promote sales of Generator or Air Conditioner.
- Perform site visit, estimate, prepare and propose consultative sales solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
- Performing technical calculations to determine system requirements.
- Preparation of quotations, costings and technical data and provide to customers.
- Negotiate, estimate, bid, propose and close contracts at qualified margins.
- Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule.
Job Specification
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Must be experienced in Generator Sales or Air Conditioner Sales.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- High self-drive and strives for high performance.
- Able to work independently as well as a team player.
- Customer focused, committed and resourceful.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
