Job Description

  • Identify potential customers, projects, and market opportunities for heat pump And Water Pumps installations in the construction and trading sector.

• Generate Sales leads, conduct sales presentations, and deliver persuasive proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with Consultant, Developers and contractors to incorporate heat pump systems into building designs and specifications.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business prospects.
• Provide technical support and consultation to clients, helping them understand the benefits and functionalities of heat pump systems and Water Pumps.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to evaluate the feasibility of heat pump installations and recommend appropriate solution All Over Nepal.
• Assist in the design and specification of heat pump systems, considering project requirements, energy efficiency, and environmental factors.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the proper sizing, installation, and commissioning of heat pump and Pumping systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, becoming their trusted advisor for heat pump and Pumping solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and technical support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify their evolving needs and explore opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes related to heat pump technology in the construction industry.
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance knowledge, expand networks, and promote company products.

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's in mechanical or industrial engineering Completed.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a machinery and tools company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of heat pump systems, including design principles, installation requirements, and energy efficiency considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using software and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
