Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
- Extensive full -cycle sales experience (minimum of 10+ years) selling to government bodies, and construction industries, including leading and managing complex tender processes/ proposal
- Comprehensive understanding, expertise, and solid track record developing and closing large sales (over USD 1M to USD 100M)
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies that have achieved revenue growth and profitability
- Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices, preferences are given for experience in construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understanding of key cultural, political, and regional issues that can impact the sales process
- Work with marketing and product development teams to identify new market opportunities, develop marketing strategies, and launch new products and services.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to ensure the company stays ahead of the curve and remains competitive
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations and other relevant organizations to expand the company's reach and influence.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics to the executive team.
