Major Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through  various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media. 
• Build outreach strategies and cadences for lead-generation methods. 
• Create and sustain relationships with prospects by keeping in touch, following up, and providing frequent updates on our company's services and value propositions.
• Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers. 
• Create and implement targeted outreach efforts to engage and nurture leads through the sales funnel by giving them pertinent data, tools, and support.
• Develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and submit them to the Sales Head.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written (English). 
• A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related field is preferred. 
• A Team player with strong negotiation skills. 
• Thinks critically and analytically, is fast to pick things up, and is adaptable to any situation. 
• Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is highly preferred.
