Major Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Build outreach strategies and cadences for lead-generation methods.
- Create and sustain relationships with prospects by keeping in touch, following up, and providing frequent updates on our company's services and value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records, logging interactions, and activities as you engage with prospects and customers.
- Create and implement targeted outreach efforts to engage and nurture leads through the sales funnel by giving them pertinent data, tools, and support.
- Develop weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and submit them to the Sales Head.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written (English).
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Business related field is preferred.
- A Team player with strong negotiation skills.
- Thinks critically and analytically, is fast to pick things up, and is adaptable to any situation.
- Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role is highly preferred.
