Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales  team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying  potential customers. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads and set appointments for the team. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify potential customers through  various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs, educate them about our products or services,  and generate interest. 
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and qualification. ∙ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM  system. 
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads to convert them into sales opportunities. ∙ Meet or exceed assigned targets for lead generation, appointment setting, and qualified  opportunities. 
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate the  value proposition to prospects. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and contribute to the  development of targeted campaigns.
