Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with the company’s overall objectives.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
• Marketing Management:
• Oversee the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Analyze and interpret marketing data to identify trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget.
• Provide regular reports on budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales and marketing personnel.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
