Location: Suddhodhan, Rupandehi, Nepal

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities, presenting findings to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
