Job Description
- Craft new sales proposals and contract renewals.
- SALES LEAD GENERATION- VISIT/MEETING/CALL /EMAIL
- Sales Conversion.
- Schedule product demos to Prospective Customers.
- Contact customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their accounts. Update internal databases (CRM) with account details.
- Perform back-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed.
- Research market trends and competition.
- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts. Address payment issues.
- Identify new revenue prospects. Contacting customers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information about their accounts.
- Analyze customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services.
- Develop and communicate the basic policies of NETTV products and services to potential clients.
- Deliver compelling product and service pitches to clients, highlighting their unique features and benefits.
- Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the value of NETTV products and services.
- Create and manage a communication line between clients and NETTV to ensure that customers receive the necessary support and assistance after the sale is complete.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client communications, sales presentations, and contracts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to maximize revenue and profits for NETTV.
- Arrange hotel visits when necessary for client meetings or demonstrations.
- Should maintain lead management, regularly pitch clients, and focus on converting leads to won deals every week.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience working in a similar role.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
