1. Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
3. Provide training and support to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining a welcoming and helpful store environment.
5. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
6. Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
7. Assist in implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve store targets.
8. Work with the team to maintain visual merchandising standards that showcase products effectively.
9. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
10. Collaborate with the Store Manager and Purchase Officer to manage inventory levels.
11. Oversee stock replenishment and coordinate merchandise restocking.
12. Conduct regular stock assessments to prevent overstock or stockouts.
13. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
14. Monitor and maintain organized store operations, including cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
16. Assist in conducting performance evaluations of sales team members.

Job Requirements

• Previous 2-3 years of experience in a retail supervisory or retail management role, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and products.
• Ability to analyze sales data and implement strategies for improvement.
• Bachelors running or completed in Management stream.
