Job Description:

The research assistant is responsible to online research and find the targeted products. This involves lots of negotiation skills and communication skills. Research Assistants are responsible for things like:

• Strong ability to find targeted products by online research.
• Communicate with foreign clients via calls and emails and get the quotation as per the requirement
• Capable to handle the international phone calls
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Maintaining files
• Update and report the status and progress of the project
• Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees
• Make quotation and send to the client
• Communicate with logistics and track the shipment
• Able to handle pressure and work under the tight schedule.
