Position Summary:

The role includes managing and optimizing the spare parts inventory for automobile products in the designated region and maintaining adequate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts to our dealerships.

Job Responsibilities;

1. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage spare parts inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess stock.
2. Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of spare parts.
3. Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of spare parts to dealerships within the region, ensuring timely availability to meet customer needs.
4. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the authenticity and quality of spare parts received.
5. Reporting: Generate regular reports on spare parts inventory, sales, and other relevant metrics for management review.

Job Specifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in spare parts management within the automobile industry.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
