Job Description:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to ensure the team's success.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
  • Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions that drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure the team is on track to meet targets.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key sales metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts to support budgeting and planning processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and allocate the sales budget effectively to optimize resources and achieve maximum return on investment.
